Welcome all Supervisor - Store Manager level candidates who have first-in-charge experiences to apply.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and development.
Deliver exceptional service, building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Ensure displays align with brand guidelines and optimize product presentation.
Oversee stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
Assist in staff scheduling and daily store operations for seamless workflow.
Represent the brand with sophistication, product expertise, and polished service.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of luxury or premium retail sales experience (team leadership preferred).
Experienced as First in Charge of retail store, with strong knowledge and skills in people and store management.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to engage diverse clientele.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
Proven ability to drive sales, resolve conflicts, and inspire teams.
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
