- DSE or above;
- At least 1 year relevant experience in supply chain / logistics operation with fulfillment services experience;
- Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Self-Motivated, Independent, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
- Familiar with computer skill;
- A good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Monitor the shipment and shipping documentation (including courier waybill, sea freight & ocean freight booking form etc.) to facilitate shipment arrangements and ensure smooth daily operations;
- Familiar with Warehouse Management System
- Familar with Excel (e.g. vlookup)
- Strong liaison skills between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations;
- Deal with day to day logistics and warehouse interactions such as receiving, storage, and claims;
- System upload, update, analysis, reports and maintain the accuracy of data using company and warehouse related systems;
