  • Actively acquire and foster strategic partnerships with high-quality corporate business partners to expand the premium banking customer base, ensuring referrals are balanced between Singapore and Hong Kong to meet regional client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Singapore and Hong Kong Relationship Managers Team to ensure smooth handovers and effective management of customer experiences.
  • Contribute to the bottom line of Premier Banking by achieving customer count and growth targets across both markets.
  • Provide regular and relevant banking and market information to Referral Intermediaries (RIs) to support their efforts in meeting client needs in both Singapore and Hong Kong.
  • Ensure superior customer service and enhance the overall customer experience within Regional Premier Banking.
Who we are
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or marketing
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in banking and financial sector
  • A pass in HKSI 1,7,8 and IIQE 1,2,3 will be an advantage
  • Good team player who possesses strong customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-discipline and motivated, out-going character and result oriented
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
