As part of their strategic growth in Greater China, they are seeking a passionate and commercially driven Regional Retail Manager to oversee their Hong Kong and Macao retail operations.Role OverviewThis leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving business performance across multiple store locations while ensuring the brand’s values and customer promise are flawlessly delivered. The ideal candidate is a seasoned retail leader with a strong commercial mindset, a track record of success in luxury or premium retail, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in a dynamic and client-centric environment.Key Responsibilities 1. Business Maximization & StrategyDevelop and implement robust commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and drive profitability across the region.Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and local market opportunities to identify growth potential and business development initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional departments (merchandising, marketing, training) to align regional strategies with global objectives. 2. Performance & KPI ManagementDefine, track, and evaluate key performance metrics for each store, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.Drive store productivity through performance reviews, goal setting, and action planning.Motivate teams to exceed targets through effective leadership, reward culture, and continuous feedback. 3. Operational ExcellenceLead the overall store operations with a strong focus on efficiency, cost control, and compliance with brand standards.Oversee P&L management, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure financial health of the region.Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence and team effectiveness.Deliver structured coaching and development plans to empower store leaders and frontline teams. 4. Brand Representation & Client DevelopmentChampion a strong brand image and in-store experience that reflects the values of luxury and exclusivity.Drive CRM and clienteling initiatives to build long-term customer relationships and elevate service levels.Partner with marketing and client development teams to execute client engagement strategies and VIP events.Candidate RequirementsAt least 5 years of multi-store retail management experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion sectors.Proven success in managing international brands and retail operations across Hong Kong and Macao markets.Strong business acumen with a creative and strategic mindset; confident in identifying opportunities and implementing new ideas.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Deep understanding of CRM practices , clienteling tools, and the luxury customer journey.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
