This 1-year contract role is ideal for a proactive sourcer who thrives in fast paced environments. Working directly with our recruiters, you will be instrumental in building robust candidates pipelines, enabling the team to focus on high-impact hiring decisions.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with recruitment agency background who want to experience recruitment in a highly professional, challenging environment to recruit the best talents from some of the top-notch firms.Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage passive and active candidates via pro-active searching from various platforms and channels
  • Build candidates pools for high-volume hires, e.g. audit and corporate services
  • Craft personalized outreach messages to spark interest and convert passive talent
  • Conduct preliminary screenings to assess fit before recruiter handoff
  • Track sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline health) to refine strategies
  • Partner closely with recruiters understand role requirements and team needs
  • Share market insights (e.g. talent availability, competitor intelligence)
  • Support other recruitment related activities as required
  • Duration: 1 year (with possible extension based on business needs)
Experience & Background
  • Degree holder, preferably in human resources or business related discipline
  • Min. 2 years’ experience of sourcing experience (recruitment agency or in-house)
  • Prior experience in professional service firm is preferrable but not a must
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tool and advance Boolean search techniques
  • Ability to manage high-volume sourcing
  • Strong service mindset and a self-starter
  • Well versed in MS Office tools such as Excel and PPT
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication
