We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager / Assistant Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand identity across all channels. This role is crucial in shaping how the world sees and experiences our brand, ensuring consistency, emotional connection, and market relevance.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company objectives.Develop visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, social media posts, and promotional videos.Work closely with business development and operations to ensure brand consistency and integration across all platforms.Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, and XHS.Optimize website content and social media posts to improve visibility and drive organic traffic through search engines.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field.3 years or above of experience in brand management, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.Exceptional communication, storytelling, and project management skills.Proficiency in brand strategy, digital marketing, and creative tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.).Passion for travel and a deep understanding of inbound tourism trends.Immediate availability is preferredBenefits:5 days work14 days of annual leaveCompetitive salary plus on-target bonus
