Deliver quality customer service and provide proactive support to the Relationship Managers
Achieve service excellence in handling customer issues and product enquiries in a timely, accurate and responsive manner
Support daily marketing activities and perform administrative duties, such as preparing reports, conducting market research and scheduling customer appointments etc.
Assist in ad hoc marketing activities, both in-branch and off-site promotions
