  • Lead the technical team, independently managing the daily maintenance, inspection, and emergency repair of facility systems.
帶領技術員團隊及獨立處理日常各設施及系統的維護保養、檢查、維修及緊急故障處理工作。 * Provide technical support and improvement recommendations to the team.向技術團隊提供技術支援並提出改進行動建議。 * Execute assigned tasks from the Director履行主管指派的其他職務。 * Supervise and coordinate outsourced contractor work, ensuring adherence to schedules, processes, and safety regulations.監督和協調外判承辦商的工作細節、工作進度、工藝、安全等。 * Maintain comprehensive work records, material lists, and inspection reports.定期撰寫工作記錄, 物料清單及檢查報告。Qualifications and Skills資格與技能
  • Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management/Engineering, or related field.
持有工程管理、設施管理或相關領域文憑或以上學歷； * Minimum 5 years of progressive relevant experiences in which 2 years in supervisory level, theme parks or large venues are preferred.至少5年相關工作經驗，其中2年以上擔任主管職務，具主題公園或大型場地經驗優先； * Preference will be given to candidates possessing a relevant electrical license (A-plate or higher), along with any necessary certifications for water pipework and paint application.持有電力(A牌或以上)、水喉、油漆、泥水、等相關牌照或技術證書優先考慮。 * Vendor negotiation and multitasking.供應商談判及多任務處理能力。 * Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).精通廣東話、普通話及英語（書面與口語）。Benefits福利
