And we’re absolutely committed to building a culture where our people can do just that.We are seeking an experienced Manager, Employer of Record (EOR) to oversee our global employment partnerships, ensure compliance, and optimize the end-to-end EOR lifecycle. You will manage vendor relationships, mitigate risks, and collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, and external EOR providers to scale our international workforce efficiently.Key responsibilities:EOR Program Management:
  • Lead day-to-day operations of EOR partnerships across multiple countries.
  • Onboard new EOR vendors and manage existing relationships.
  • Ensure seamless employee onboarding/offboarding via EOR platforms.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation:
  • Monitor evolving labor laws, tax regulations, and immigration requirements in all active EOR countries.
  • Conduct audits of EOR processes, payroll, and contracts to ensure legal compliance.
  • Resolve compliance escalations (misclassifications, benefits gaps, etc.).
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
  • Partner with HR on international hiring, compensation benchmarking, and benefits administration.
  • Work with Finance on payroll funding, invoicing, and cost optimization.
  • Advise Legal on contract templates and jurisdictional risks.
Vendor Performance & Optimization :
  • Negotiate contracts/SLAs with EOR providers and hold them accountable.
  • Analyze vendor performance metrics (cost, speed, accuracy) and drive improvements.
  • Evaluate new EOR solutions for scalability and cost-efficiency.
Employee Experience :
  • Act as point of contact for EOR-related employee inquiries (payroll, benefits, compliance).
  • Ensure positive candidate experience during international hiring via EORs.
Process Innovation :
  • Develop playbooks for EOR onboarding, renewals, and expansions.
  • Automate workflows to reduce manual intervention.
Key requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related fields
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR operations, global mobility, compliance, or vendor management, with 2 years focusing on EOR / PEO programs
  • Deep understanding of international labour laws, payroll, taxes, and benefits administration
  • Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and contract negotiations
  • Analytical approach to cost / risk optimization
  • Proficiency with EOR platforms (e.g. Deel, Remote) and HRIS
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
