- Lead review processes for RCSA, audits, and regulatory assessments specific to the insurance sector
- Design and implement Quality Assurance programs to uphold industry standards and enhance operational performance
- Oversee Key Risk Indicators to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of operations
- Prepare comprehensive local and group reporting documentation
- Provide strategic guidance on key projects, ensuring compliance and risk management are prioritized
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Conduct training sessions to foster a culture of service excellence within operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or a related discipline
- Qualified accountant preferred, with minimum of 6 years of work experience with a solid auditing, risk management, or compliance background in the insurance sector
- Excellent knowledge of insurance operations and regulatory requirements
- Big 4 candidates with an insurance background are welcome
- Smart, self-driven individual with a proactive attitude
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese
