To assist in organizing programmes in Hong Kong Flower Show ( the Show);
To monitor all the major outsourcing services contracts of Hong Kong Flower Show and Mainland Flower Shows;
To liaise with services contractors and arrange procurement of goods and services for the Show;
To arrange and distribute the publicity and printed materials for 18 districts venues and social media platforms
To coordinate returns and requirement of all Sub-committees and distribution of resources of the Show;
To assist in the rehearsals and the rundowns of auction and various ceremonies in the Show;
To attend to public enquiries and complaints;
To arrange and coordinate the transport requirement for the Show;
To update the information and photos of Hong Kong Flower Show Webpage;
To prepare e-prospectus and e-enrolment forms for various competitions;
To assist in setting up temporary container offices with telephone lines, internet network and office equipment for use by the secretariat office and various Sub-committees during show period;
To monitor the data input of competitions entries; mailing; stock taking and distribution of souvenirs & materials;
To perform supervision and patrolling duties at the Showground

Requirement

Have an honor degree from recognized university in Hong Kong;
Have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language of HKDSE or HKCEE;
Have full time working experience;
Preferably have the experience and skill of multimedia production, video editing for social media and online interactive meeting;
