For more information on G4S, visit .To cope with the strategic growth of the business, we are now seeking a high caliber candidate to fill the following vacancy.Assistant Operation Manager (Security Industry)Main purpose of the role:The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operational matters of a division of Guarding Services.Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Operations Officers and Schedulers to achieve the operational management objectives of the division;
  • Deliver high quality of services to customers and handling complaints;
  • Deliver effective security solutions to satisfy customer needs;
  • Monitor the manpower scheduling to ensure they are deployed in a cost effective manner;
  • Make operational decisions on manpower posting;
  • Manage all front-line staff in his or her division and be responsible for all staff related matters;
  • Set up and execute training plan for front-line officers;
  • Proactively deploy staff retention strategies to the division
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures;
Requirements :
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in computer applications (etc Chrome Office / MS Office)
  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above or any equivalent academic qualification
  • Holder of valid HK driving license no.1
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Security / Disciplinary Force ; with at least 1 year in people management experience
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Operations Manager.
