  • Assist Project Manager in fire services project execution & tender estimation;
  • Liaise and communicate with client, architect, consultant, main contractor and others;
  • Supervise subcontractor performance;
  • Prepare tenders, job budget, drawing and equipment submission for new projects or A&A works.
Job Requirements:-
  • Holder of Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Fire Services Engineering or equivalent;
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in project execution;
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • Proficient in PC application, MS Office, AutoCAD;
  • With knowledge in using BIM software application is an advantage.
