Project Team LeaderReference Number PTL-SPU Work Area New Territories West, East Kowloon Services Social Services - Rehabilitation Services Deadline 21/09/2025Responsibilities:

Establish unpaid work networks in responsible districts and conduct on-site assessment of host organizations;
Secure unpaid work opportunities to ensure sufficient and suitable unpaid work for service recipients;
Assess and make recommendation on matching suitable unpaid work of service recipients;
Handle underperformance and misbehavior case make referral to other support services if needed;
Keep data and statistic up to date and prepare reports on the progress of service recipients;
Conduct case conferences and meetings on service-related matters.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Social Work, or Tertiary Education or above in Counselling or Human Resources, with minimum 1 year working experience;
Social Worker license holder is more preferable.
