Senior Manager, Finance

• Oversee month end & year end closing for responsible HO Departments and Worldwide offices, ensuring accurate management & statutory reporting
• Maintain the accuracy of financial records and ensure payment validity, acting as gatekeeper to ensure compliance with Financial Policies and Procedures (FPP) and internal guidelines
• Manage fixed assets and leases to ensure accurate reporting in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards.
• Conduct cashflow forecasting and execute other treasury functions
• Coordinate with both external and internal auditors for audits and ensure compliance with policies and financial reporting requirements
• Support monitoring of budget, forecast and actual financial information including CAPEX
• Support procurement process, including but not limited to vendor selection and review contract terms
• Support enhancement of FPP and relevant internal procedures/guidelines to improve financial governance when necessary
• Drive improvements in process and system enhancement initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, and to enhance effective internal control and compliance
• Undertake any other duties / ad hoc assignments as required

• Collaborate as business partner with Head Office departments and Worldwide Offices to support daily business operation & decision making, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Perform various financial analysis, monitor performance of business units and follow up on outstanding issues
• Develop and deliver analysis and insight to support decision making process, and share best practises to enhance efficiency of financial processes

• Ensure staff under supervision are well-placed and trained by providing guidance / management support to maixmise potential for enhanced efficiency.
• Assist Financial Controller to develop and retain talents according to business needs and organisation requirements.
• Provide guidance and supervision to subordinates for their professional and career development within the HKTB.
• Develop and diversify the skill sets of subordinates to become an all-rounded accounting profession.

• University degree holder in Finance or Accounting
• Professional qualification of HKICPA or other international professional accounting bodies
• Preferably a minimum of 10 years' relevant accounting and FP&A experience
• Experience in working in subvented bodies and related audit experience would be an advantage
• Exposure in multinational/regional head office finance operations
• A team player with good coordination and interpersonal skills, self-initiated
• Highly self-initiatives, strong business sense, analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• High proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications
• Experience in Oracle NetSuite would be an advantage
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
