We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property & Tenancy Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of property-related technical issues and administrative tasks. You will work closely with senior management to provide strategic advice and ensure the smooth operation of our properties globally.Key Responsibilities:Property Technical Issue Handling:Conduct thorough property research, including valuation and comparison studies to assist in strategic decision-making.Lead project-based activities involving legal research on ordinances, such as tenant and landlord provisions, land use changes, and town planning.Engage in case law research and study to ensure compliance and mitigate potential legal risks.Maintain a strong understanding of facilities management, including electrical and water systems, to address operational needs effectively.Evaluate contractors’ quotations, conduct comparisons, and facilitate liaison with contractors to ensure optimal service delivery.Provide global property advisory services by assessing risks and advising local offices before further approvals are taken.Tenancy Agreement Administration and Management:Manage tenancy agreements, ensuring they are up-to-date and comply with relevant laws and regulations.Facilitate negotiations, renewals, and terminations of tenancy agreements as needed.Administrative Duties:Manage invoice/bill handling, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.Maintain meticulous records for all property-related documents and transactions.Provide regular updates to the team on property and administrative matters, fostering clear communication and collaboration.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.At least 5 years of relevant experience in property management or a related area.Strong knowledge of property valuation, legal ordinances, and facilities management.Exceptional research and analytical skills.Proficient in administration and record-keeping.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Additional Skills (Preferred):Experience in global property advisory.Familiarity with tenancy agreement negotiations and management.Proficiency in using property management software applications.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
