- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Ensure hotel computer systems are properly installed and operating smoothly
- Assist in resolving all standard and customized features and functions of the hotel systems
- Administer IT infrastructure, including AD, Email, Hyper-V, firewalls, antivirus, and malware
- protection software
- Handle ad-hoc projects and other IT-related matters
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferred
- Familiar with Windows applications and networking
- Hands-on experience in computer technical support, SQL Server, HTML/PHP web services,
- WAN/LAN, routers/switches, and network cabling infrastructure, preferred
- Proactive and able to work independently
