  • 监督管理食堂外包商的日常运营,包括但不限于:
  • 监控外包商每日配给食堂的工作人员例如厨师、后厨助手、服务员、清洁人员等人员的配置情况和各个岗位的工作表现。
  • 定期收集各类食材价格信息,把控价格,督促外包商严格遵守我行关于食材采购的工作要求。开展市场调研,拓宽食材采购渠道。
  • 监督外包商严格按照香港消防署法例规定进行作业,确保用电安全、燃气安全。
  • 监督外包商严格按照食环署规定处理食堂垃圾、厨馀,防虫防鼠,确保用餐环境卫生、确保食品安全。
  • 和外包商共同检视食堂菜品菜单(包括粤菜、烧味、川湘菜、北方菜、北方面食等),定期更新菜单。
  • 定期检视和评估食堂外包商的整体营运情况,撰写餐厅运营报告和外包商服务评估报告。监督外包商落实员工食堂食品安全的各项规范和要求。
  • 确保员工食堂提供优质的用餐体验,包括菜质量量、服务水平和用餐环境、卫生等。
  • 对餐饮服务供应商的各项成本、费用(单据、流水)进行复核。
Job Requirements入职要求:
  • 至少5-10年中餐厅管理经验;有大型餐饮企业或公司饭堂工作经验者优先。
  • 熟悉厨房运作、采购及存货控制;有食品采购经验优先。
  • 熟悉香港消防署、食环署有关管理规定;具备有关食品安全及职安健证书更佳。
  • 能说流利粤语和普通话,具备良好的中文书写能力,编写餐厅运营报告和财务报表。
工作时间:
  • 每周工作5天(公众假期除外、年假18天),每天工作时间8小时,需在非银行办公时间轮班工作。
