- Grade E / Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese and English Languages.
- Minimum 1 year's clerical / customer services experience.
- Service oriented, effective typing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.
