  • Provide an independent oversight of market risk activities in Treasury, FX Option, Credit and Secured Financing perimeters.
  • Review new products/new market benchmark change to ensure risks are properly identified and controlled.
  • Oversee and enhance risk monitoring frameworks, particularly around pricing accuracy, trade validation, and P&L dynamics.
  • Collaborate on valuation controls, manage IPV, market data analysis, and exception handling.
  • Review and assess exposure trends and anomalies across market risk metrics and ensure timely escalation of any breaches or significant fluctuations.
  • Act as a key contributor to governance forums-such as market risk committees and portfolio reviews-offering insights and strategic guidance.
  • Champion data reliability across systems used to report P&L and risk indicators to regional and global stakeholders.
  • Engage in interdepartmental initiatives involving senior stakeholders across Finance, Trading, Risk Management, and Technology teams.
  • Manage cross-border collaboration on complex projects, working closely with headquarters and regional business units.
Profile
  • Professional Background: Minimum 5 years of hands-on and leadership experience within market risk or product control domains, and familiar with FX Options, Treasury, ALM, and Credit.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related discipline.
  • A self-driven manager with a proactive approach, eager to engage closely with the team and support detailed operational execution.
  • Demonstrated reliability in overseeing team assignments and complex projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
  • Proven track record of effective partnership with various internal stakeholders including Risk Control, Trading, Finance, IT, Audit, and Product Management.
  • Strong proficiency in data handling, modelling, and visualization tools-such as Excel, SQL, Python, VBA, Tableau, Power BI-bringing clarity and insight to complex datasets.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English is required.
