Job Description:Details of the Division and Team:Operations is responsible for driving the planning and the day-to-day management of the business to align with the bank's mission and strategic goals. Operations set the direction and manage performance to bank targets with a focus on continual performance improvement. Work includes:

Identifying and prioritizing product and service improvement opportunities and creating plans for implementation

utilising comprehensive knowledge of the company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business

Supporting bank strategy, proactively identifying and managing areas of risk

Maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders including regulators, market vendors and internal divisions

Communicating changes to operational requirements and their impact on relevant processes and controls

This role will also be responsible for ECM IPO activities.Daily trade capture, query handling, static setup, and monitoring of trade life cycles, including corporate actions.Trade allocation post-execution, including trader/sales instructions and client amendments.Managing trade exceptions, including error trade resolution.Manual allocations for give-up trades and swaps.Ad hoc client sub-account /extension setup in GBA.Support ECM activities, including both Primary/ IPO offerings and Secondary transactions such as block trade and placements, provides specialized operational support of ECM business.Exception management, including any operations, client and IT-related issuesReconciliation and control, with investigation and resolutionYour skills and experience:Minimum of 6 years of experience in handling Cash EquitiesPrevious experience and knowledge of Capital MarketGood knowledge of Hong Kong FINI flow and reporting experiences are preferred.Self-motivated to work independently and across the teamsAbility to work under pressure and tight deadlinesExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong problem solving and attention to detailsHow we’ll support you:Flexible working to assist you balance your personal prioritiesCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needsTraining and development to help you excel in your careerAbout us and our teams:Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network. to see what we do.Deutsche Bank & DiversityWe strive for a in which we are empowered to excel together every day.
