Our client is a Hong Kong-based listed landlord with over 30 years of solid presence in property investment and management. With a diversified portfolio of office, retail, and mixed-use developments, the company is known for its long-term strategy and high-quality assets.現誠邀具豐富經驗的租務人才加入團隊，擔任 高級租務經理。
To support ongoing growth, they are now seeking a seasoned Senior Leasing Manager to join their team.職責範圍 | Job Responsibilities：制定並執行商業及零售物業（包括辦公室及商場）的租務策略；
Formulate and implement leasing strategies for commercial and retail properties, including office and shopping spaces.主理新租、續租及租戶調遷等租務談判，並跟進全流程管理；
Lead and manage the full cycle of leasing transactions including new leases, renewals, and relocations.維繫與租戶、代理及其他持份者的良好關係，提升出租率及回報；
Maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, and stakeholders to maximize occupancy and rental yield.監察物業組合表現，進行市場分析，並向管理層提供策略性建議；
Monitor portfolio performance, analyze market trends, and advise senior management on improvements.與內部團隊（如物業管理、法律部、資產管理）緊密合作；
Collaborate closely with internal departments including Property Management, Legal, and Asset Management.跟進租約執行、解決爭議及確保合約條款履行；
Handle tenancy issues, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with lease terms.編製租務報告及管理層簡報；
Prepare regular leasing reports and presentations for management.職位要求 | Job Requirements：大學學位，主修房地產、測量、工商管理或相關學科；
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Business Administration, or related discipline.最少15年香港辦公室及商場租務經驗，並具5年以上高級管理層經驗；
Minimum 15 years of solid experience in office and retail leasing in Hong Kong, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.熟悉本地商業及零售租務市場趨勢，擁有良好業界人脈；
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong’s office and retail leasing markets, with solid industry network.具備出色的組合管理能力、溝通及談判技巧；
Proven track record in portfolio management, excellent communication and negotiation skills.良好中英文書寫及口語能力，包括廣東話及普通話；
