  • Assist supervisor to oversee the development and enhancement of retail credit risk tools
  • Follow up on the implementation of retail credit-related system optimization and production
  • Work closely with IT and related departments on system projects
  • Support digital transformation of retail credit management
  • Prepare regulatory management reports and analysis
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above with major in Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Minimum 5 years’ relavent experience in retail banking industry with experience in credit system enhancement / project development
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Independent, proactive and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS office and programming
  • Knowledge of credit risk management related regulatory requirements
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, System and General Management
