您的咖啡專業，由成為Starbucks咖啡調配師開展招聘職位: 分店主任 Shift Supervisor招聘分店：荃灣 (荃灣廣場/荃灣悅萊坊) / 葵興 (Life @ KCC) / 葵芳 (新都會) / 沙田 (新城市廣場)如欲申請其他區域分店，請WhatsApp 6971 1029 向人力資源部查詢!工作時間:
- 全職5.5天：每月6天休息日，輪班輪休;或
- 全職四天：每週工作四天，每週3天休息日，輪班輪休;
- 每天工作8.5小時 (包含2個小休)+(額外膳食時間)
- 推廣星巴克的文化、價值觀和使命
- 透過及時的服務、優質的飲品和產品，以及保持乾淨舒適的店面環境，為客人提供不一樣的客戶體驗
- 執行分店操作，按指定進行開舖及閂舖之工作
- 遵守有關收銀機管理實務、分店安全和保安的運營政策，並確保所有夥伴執行有關政
- 協助新夥伴培訓，向分店經理提供分店夥伴之工作表現及向夥伴進行回饋
- 必須持1年以上餐飲或零售相關之分店管理經驗
- 良好中英文溝通技巧，主動熱誠，具領導才能及團隊合作精神
- 具快速學習能力
- 能理解和執行口頭和書面指示，並在需要時要求澄清
- 具人際交往及建立關係的能力
- 喜歡團隊協作
- 分店主任: 全職5.5天薪金高達$21K; 全職四天薪金高達$15K
