Assist in the preparation of a technical proposal, tender and quotation documents
Coordinate and manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works (both Building Services and Builders) for the portfolios
Supervise and monitor the performance of Technicians
Liaise with vendors on the work schedule, follow up on the work completion, certification of work done and payment
Carry out ad hoc duties as directed by line managers

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Studies or related discipline
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate A0 or above is preferable
At least 3 years' working experience in Property, Facilities Management or project works
Proven track record for Grade A office building or luxury residential building is preferable
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command for both spoken and written English and Chinese
Hand-on knowledge of PC applications skills in building services
Proactive and a good team player
Self-motivated and be able to work independently
