- Provide full secretarial / clerical & administrative support to the team and department to ensure the smooth running of the operations
- Maintain document control processors for the efficient management
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignment / tasks as required
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor
- Diploma or above or equivalent
- Min 1 year clerical or relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
- Good command in spoken & written English & Chinese
- Responsible, hardworking & well-organized
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Immediate available is preferable
- Working hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Mon - Fri
