- Draft and translate documents and materials between Japanese and English
- Provide interpretation and translation support during Zoom meetings with Japanese counterparts.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments, consultants, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Manage, organize, and maintain project-related documentation while providing general administrative support.
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field is required.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese and English. JLPT N1 level is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in translation and interpretation.
- Prior experience working with property developers or in the construction sector is an advantage.
- Knowledge of property development or construction practices is highly desirable.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
