- In-house system development, implementation and testing
- Plan, monitor and manage all phases of the System Development Life Cycle
- Design and perform system analysis to convert business requirements into technical specifications for the detailed system development
- Acts as the project leader and mentor to provide guidance and advise in the project team
- Study project feasibility according to user requirements and recommend solution options
- Monitor the project plan and system specifications to ensure the deliverable will meet the business needs and user requirements
- Communicate effectively with the project team members, system users and outside parties about the project progresses and schedule
- To perform user training and compile technical manuals documentation for application systems
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or any relevant disciplines or related discipline
- 6-8 years relevant working experience in system development
- Experienced in Enterprise system development is a definite advantage
- Solid Web-based system development experience with Visual Studio 2008/2010, Team Foundation Server, .Net Framework, C#, ASP.Net, DHTML, XML, AJAX, MS SQL Server and Crystal report
- Strong supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills who can interact with people at different level and different culture
- Self-motivated, independent, responsible, detail-oriented, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of both written and spoken English
