Manager (Hung Hom or Tin Shui Wai)

• To provide supervision and support to the ICCMW team members and monitor their performance;

• To identify and assess the mental health needs of the community and service users, developing services or initiatives address these needs;

• To liaise with local district agencies, organisations and welfare agencies regarding the rehabilitation plan of service users and to promote the Agency's brand and service image;

• To collect and compile reports and statistics on the service performance and outcomes; and

• To oversee the daily operation of the centre.

• Post-secondary education, preferably with a Bachelor's degree;

• Registered Social Worker with a minimum of 8 years' work experience, preferably in community education or mental health services, plus over 5 years' supervisory /management experience;

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including verbal and presentation skills);

• Strong leadership and people management abilities, with excellent collaboration, networking, and organisational skills;

• Dynamic, proactive, and able to multitask effectively under pressure;

• Computer literate and capable of quickly adopting innovative concepts.
