Our mandate is to design and execute scalable lifecycle campaigns that resonate across diverse markets in the region. By leveraging marketing automation and content personalization, we aim to deliver meaningful experiences at every touchpoint. This role plays a critical part in enhancing team efficiency, enabling smarter segmentation, and ensuring our CRM strategies are both locally relevant and regionally adaptable.A day in the lifeAs the CRM Lead, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy, driving personalized, data-driven communications that deepen relationships and elevate the guest experience. You’ll lead the development and execution of automated lifecycle campaigns, optimize performance through insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale CRM operations across the region.
  • Lead content strategy across automated CRM channels to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle email campaigns—including marketing, re-engagement, drip, and transactional streams—from ideation to deployment and reporting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, best-in-class CRM solutions and workflows.
  • Ensure accurate tagging and tracking of email and digital campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic goals.
  • Support planning and execution of key CRM initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Leverage CDP data to optimize email analytics and segmentation strategies.
  • Coordinate Salesforce campaigns, lead flow, imports, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Present marketing automation strategies and performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of CRM experience, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and reporting/intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience managing automated email campaigns with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Solid understanding of database design and structure.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
