Responsibilities:To analyze user requirements, process and gaps analysis on eCommerce. Knowledge on Shopify is preferable.Preferably with programming and SQL skillsSupport also Point of Sales (POS) and CRM applicationTo work with business users in all change request which includes gathering change requirements, documenting system requirement definition, UAT and deployment.To assist Manager on project development from beginning to end to coordinate user requirements, testing and implementation.To prepare requirement and functional specifications of user needs for application development, enhancements and testing.To provide application support services to business users.Requirements:Candidate must Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology/ Business or equivalent.At least 3 years of working experience in IT System Management and Analysis.Ability to work on multiples projects simultaneously and working in a team environment.Good interpersonal and communication skills with attention to details.We offer a competitive remuneration package and good prospects to the right candidates.
