  • Coordinate between factory in Bangladesh and order fulfilment, ensuring seamless communication and execution
  • Lead price negotiations with suppliers and clients to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards
  • Source and purchase materials from China, Vietnam and Japan
  • Monitor and ensure smooth production processes by conducting monthly factory visits to Bangladesh
  • Collaborate with cross- functional teams to align production schedules with demand and delivery timelines
Role requirements
  • Diploma or above in any discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in textile/garment sales and business operations.
  • Prior experience traveling to or working with suppliers/ factories in Bangladesh.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and excellent in time management.
