
Principal / Senior Officer – Property Management (Commercial)

- Assist the Manager to deliver quality property management services, including maintenance, security, cleaning, customer services and etc to the assigned commercial properties
- Handling customer inquires, complaints and emergency incident;
- Perform administrative duties including procurement, insurance reporting and other ad hoc duties.
- Assist in organizing, coordinating and supporting various activities in the assigned properties
- Maintain positive relationship with the tenants
- Collaborate with other stakeholders of the assigned properties
- Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property / Housing Management or related disciplines with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in the property management industry, preferably in commercial properties;
- Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 / Tier 2) is preferred;
- Mature, independent and able to work under pressure;
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese.
