Deliver first-line technical support for Windows hardware, software, and networking issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve various systems and application-related problems.
Support Windows operating systems, VMware technologies, and backup operations.
Manage operational tasks and maintain IT asset inventory records.
Document standard support and operational procedures, contributing to the knowledge base.
Assist in coordinating and implementing IT projects.
Provide system support and emergency troubleshooting after office hours.
Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of solid experience in Windows support.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Desktop, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies, particularly VMware.
Understanding of storage solutions and networking concepts.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and service-oriented.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
