He / She will also coordinate with internal departments in the handover operations, follow up defect rectifications with on-site team and handle customer complaints/enquires.Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in building-related industries
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with customer-focused attitude
  • A good team player, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
  • Fluency in Putonghua, Chinese and English is a must
