  • Lead and oversee multiple software development projects from conception to deployment
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and Spring Boot framework
  • Build and optimize backend services using Node.js for real-time telecommunications applications
  • Create automation scripts and tools using Python to streamline development processes
  • Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and deployment
  • Design and develop AI-powered solutions to enhance telecommunications services and operations
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and quality gates
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development efficiency and code quality
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of team leadership and software development experience, preferably in telecommunications or related industries
  • Strong proficiency in Java with extensive Spring Boot experience or Node.js for server-side development have frontend reactJs, Angular or Python experience is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration
  • Proven track record of conducting effective code reviews and technical
  • Experience with high-availability, scalable systems serving large user bases
  • Experience in design reviews for complex system architectures
  • Strong project management skills with ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
