  • Support the Account Onboarding team in managing the end-to-end process of new account requests, including case review and follow-through until account setup is complete.
  • Review a wide range of account opening and client documentation submitted by Sales to ensure accuracy and completeness in line with the Bank's compliance and KYC requirements. Where documentation is incomplete, provide guidance to Sales on the required documents.
  • Handle various types of documentation, including client identification and verification documents, contractual agreements, account application forms, tax forms, and other relevant materials.
  • Assist in reviewing clients' source of wealth (SOW) profiles, conducting background checks, and verifying supporting documents to ensure proper corroboration of SOW.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and proper document upload into the onboarding system.
Profile
  • Bachelor degree in Finance or related subjects
  • At least 2 years of experience in Onboarding/KYC in Private Banking
  • Excellent communication in both English and Chinese
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
