- Assist in managing and driving social media strategies across both paid and owned channels, planning and executing content/editorial campaigns to elevate brand awareness and improve audience engagement with HKTB
- Manage and grow the official social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok and, to increase followers, engagement, and visitation numbers
- Evergreen & campaign content creation from ideation to launch
- Manage audience inquiries on social media (in English and Traditional Chinese) and seek advice from the Visitor Services Department for complicated inquiries
- Monitor the performance of social media activity monthly, supervise the correct direction and social trends, and work with cross-functional teams and agencies to achieve social targets
- Plan and monitor social marketing budgets, and track the performance of KPIs and ROI for Head Office and Worldwide Offices
- Track and analyse audience feedback, comments, and sentiment on social platforms to generate actionable insights for improvements to products, services, and experiences
- Coordinate with different functional teams for social posting, content creation, and operational support
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline
- 5 years of working experience in social media/digital marketing related to consumer-facing products or services is preferred. Experience in tourism marketing is a plus
- Capability in social media marketing strategies and deployment, data-informed decision-making processes, and a performance-based marketing approach
- Familiarity with TikTok or Instagram Reels and social media trends is a definite advantage
- Solid experience in social media management with the ability to grow audiences and engage and delight them by enhancing our presence on social platforms
- Highly organised with a can-do attitude, self-driven, and result-oriented
- Collaborative with a passion for building relationships. Proven experience in influencing external stakeholders and internal teams
- Knowledge of photo and video editing is a plus
- Good knowledge and applicable skills in social media analytics tools (e.g., Fanpage Karma, Meltwater, DataStory, Hootsuite)
- Comfortable with advanced Google Sheets/Excel, data dashboards, and capable of data mining to perform analysis to develop/enhance marketing programmes
- Good command of English and Chinese
