- 處理公司職員之人事、假期等紀錄,，包括資料輸入, 核對等文書工作
- 根據公司發展而進行人員招聘 - 維護及拓展新招聘管道，協助完善公司的招聘流程
- 協助處理員工培訓、績效管理、薪酬福利、回應員工就人事問題之查詢
- 負責協助完善各項人力資源管理制度和流程，並負責落實
- 負責團隊建設活動組織，員工關係維護，提升公司凝聚力
- 積極配合公司部門運作管理及協調工作
- 參與建立公司人力資源制度及流程，完成各類人力資源數據分析及報告撰寫
- 完成部門負責人交辦的其他工作。
- 良好的溝通和人際交往能力，較強的組織和分析能力
- 積極上進，能獨立處理工作，具有一定的抗壓能力
- 熟悉香港勞工法例及相關條例
- 需懂辦公室電腦軟件及中文輸入法
- 須細心，盡責，守時
- 流利廣東話，良好普通話和英文
- 有相關學歷或工作經驗優先考慮
- 五天工作（平日有薪午膳時間1.5小時）
