- Work closely with stakeholders to understand pain points and business needs;
- Prepare and conduct workshops and interviews to gather requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, process flows and functional specifications;
- Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner;
- Act as a liaison between business users and the IT development team, ensuring alignment on priorities;
- Participate in sprint planning, sprint review. backlog refinement and daily stand-ups;
- Ensure developed solutions meet business needs through UAT and feedback sessions;
- Facilitate discussion to resolve conflict and drive consensus;
- Support change management and training for users.

Requirements - Degree holder with major in IT, Computer Science or Business Studies;
- 3-8 years or more of working experience in retail banking, fintech industry or large-scale digital transformation projects with solid business analysis experience;
- Experience in CRM system experience, e.g. SalesForce, Oracle or SAP is highly preferred;
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and experience working in sprint-based environment;
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements;
