- Prepare and review regional financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Collaborate with regional teams to gather necessary financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to management.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting, preferably within a Private Equity fund.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
