- Provide support in Human Resources functions including but not limit to Recruitment, Payroll preparation, C&B administration
- Be responsible for casual worker weekly payroll
- Manage and maintain the staff information and records in the HR system
- Compile HR related statistics and reports
- Assist in staff relations activities
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
- Degree / Diploma holder in Human Resources or Hospitality Management.
- 1-2 years experience in hotel industry preferred
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible, able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Fresh graduate will be considered, more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
