Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations including office materials & service supply, colleagues request handling, office maintenance management, office storage management, managing the server room environment, etc.
  • Plan and review Facilities Management-related workflow and decisions.
  • Coordinate with Managed Service Office Providers and ensure excellent facilities support is provided
  • Ensure Monthly rent and other payments for regional offices are completed on time
  • Periodically review and provide data of the regional offices for operational reporting (H&S data, Property Data, ESG Data etc)
  • Assist the Regional Manager with any office relocation, lease renewal and other projects by coordinating with vendors and Landlords
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Higher diploma and above in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Property Management or related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant working experience in Facilities Management / Property Management or related industries.
  • Regional experience is a plus.
  • Capable of working in a matrix and fast-moving environment and work independently
  • Detail-oriented with a strong numerical aptitude, communications & presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
