We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new business worldwide and to set up and manage an ecommerce business team of beauty products.Job Responsibilities:
  • Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications to boost engagement and retention
  • Manage daily operations of loyalty programs including tier benefits, point redemption, and personalized rewards
  • Optimize new member acquisition through registration journey improvements and welcome series
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to improve KPIs (retention rate, LTV, engagement)
  • Develop compelling marketing content and collaborate with designers for campaign assets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Support app promotion and engagement initiatives through CRM channels.
  • Analyze customer data to identify retention opportunities and segment audiences.
  • Support any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines.
  • 2+ years hands-on CRM experience with app promotion focus, beauty/eCommerce preferred.
  • Experience with loyalty program management and lifecycle marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to translate data into strategies.
  • Knowledge in CRM platforms or related marketing tools, e.g. Yotpo / Klaviyo / Bloomreach / Braze and other analytic tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into retention-focused strategies.
  • Well-organized, detailed minded, result oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals.
  • Excellent collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Less experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant role.
