  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, etc.) to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
  • Experience with databases like MySQL, SQL Server and other data storage solutions.
  • Responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of software applications using languages and technologies of the .NET framework.
  • Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, focusing on customer and operations
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilitiesAnalyzing current systems, gathering requirements, and supporting the modernization of claims platforms to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Claims, Insurance Services, and Operations to identify business needs and pain points.
  • Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Document detailed technical requirements and non-functional specifications
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
  • Conduct end-to-end assessments of the system lifecycle—from notification to payment
  • Map stakeholder roles, regulatory controls, and technology touchpoints within each step
  • Identify pain points and design future-state processes to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction and operations efficiency
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
  • Analyze current systems and gather requirements to support modernization efforts
  • Improve operational efficiency, compliance, and customer experience
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with releasing technical issues into production.
  • Prevent reputational damage and financial impact due to system defects
  • Align auto-testing strategies with business objectives
  • Collaborate with DevOps, developers, Group IT, and business units
  • Chair defect meeting with developers on the high priority issues and provide support to resolve the problems.
  • To participate in UAT, regression, and exploratory testing on web and mobile platforms.
  • Review test cases and manage defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA, TestRail, and Postman.
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards and audit requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to define integration scope and lead integration with external systems.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams including risk, AML, QC etc.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to backlog grooming, and sprint planning
  • Conducting gap analysis and proposing process improvements
  • Understand stakeholders’ requirements, able to negotiate and influence the stakeholders on application development with the tech expertise demonstrated
  • Perform knowledge transfer to other teammates or vendors throughout the full-life cycle of application development
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 10 yearsand above experience as a technical analyst with in-depth business knowledge
  • Experience in multi country market implementation
  • Experience with multi-location, multi-country product launch environments
  • Experience in CICD & Agile work management
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLSTechnical Knowledge
  • Strong technical background in distributed technologies
  • Structured decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of insurance claims systems and data flows
  • Exposure to API testing tools like Postman
  • Familiarity with SQL for backend validation and data integrity checks

  • Deep understanding of life and health insurance claims lifecycle (e.g., hospitalization, reimbursement, rejection handling)
