- Possess professional IT knowledge and experience in system analysis, installation and integration.
- Support the Internal Project Manager (IPM) in managing and resolving technical and operational challenges throughout the project lifecycles:
. Validate the deliverables from the contractor; and
. Assess and tailor Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool workflows to ensure compatibility with Airport Meteorological Office (AMO)'s operational processes.
- Collaborate with the outsourced contractor on the following activities:
. Implement and configure various modules of the ITSM tool;
. Customize and integrate ITSM tool to align with AMO's operational needs;
. Migrate existing data into the ITSM tool, if applicable;
. Support relevant divisions in drafting required documentations and updating the IT Service Map; and
. Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) and perform necessary fine-tuning based on the feedback.
- Document the software developed and arrange relevant trainings to HKO staff. Transfer finished software and products, together with knowledge and experience, to associated staff.Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0

Requirements - Suitable candidate should have strong understanding of IT service management principles and ISO/IEC 20000 framework.
- Proficiency in various programming languages and environments is required, including shell script programming, web programming, message queue systems and docker containerization and ticketing platforms.
- The candidate should have experience in system design and implementation for web application development projects, along with the ability to effectively liaise with IT vendors and service providers.
- A key part of the role involves contributing to the creation and maintenance of detailed documentation, such as SMS processes and IT service maps to support cross-functional divisions.
- Completion of training in ITIL, ISO 20000, or other relevant training will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in meteorology and / or aviation will be an advantage.A criminal record check will be required, and the offer is subject to the criminal record check results.Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 3 years' experience in Documentum (DUM);
. At least 3 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5);
. At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 3 years' experience in PHP programming (PHP);
. At least 3 years' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS);
. 1 year's experience in Unified Modeling Language (UML) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT audit (ITA) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in project management (PRM) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in quality management (QMT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT Service Management (SMG) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in software testing (STM) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
