- Supervise Front Desk associates and monitor lobby area
- Oversee the smooth running shift of the Front Office Department on a day to day basis
- Monitor daily arrivals ensuring all requests are carried out wherever possible and all realistic expectations are met and ensure reservations are honored.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant studies
- Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good supervisory skills
- Ability to coordinate with other departments
- Previous working experience in hotel front desk is preferable
