  • Associate Degree /Diploma holder, HKCEE 5 passes [ incl. English (Syl B) & Chinese at grade E or above ] or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification related working experience is preferred
  • Good command of English, Chinese
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Passionate in elderly services, proactive, kind, detailed-mind, organized, independent and willing to learn
  • A good team player with good communication skills
Job Duties:
  • Support the Head of Health Service and manage the C. C. Wu Hearing And Optical Centre
  • Coordinate and execute hearing & optical events and talks mainly for the elderly and carers
  • Event management, placing of advertorials and advertising using social media
  • Manage and track requirements throughout the full project life cycle, ensuring clear communication of scope and expectations
  • Collaborate with various partners in different organizations and service units
  • Perform hearing & optical screening tests
  • Perform daily accounting & administrative duties and monthly statistics reports
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as required
  • Working Place: Wan Chai
