Senior Business Analyst (Life Business Solutions)

• As a key member to provide support to Life New Business & Underwriting Solutions projects in full-cycle and ensure all the deliverables and initiatives are completed timely and within budget
• Closely work with stakeholders on assigned new Life product Day 1 and Day 2 implementation
• Perform business analysis and UAT for assigned projects
• Review, identify and propose solutions to close any gaps arisen due to changes in business needs and/or regulatory guidelines
• Follow through the assigned projects from end-to-end to ensure deliverables and initiatives are managed professionally, well-conceived and aligned with company directions
• Responsible for delivery progress updates, related documentations (e.g. meeting minutes, business requirement document, UAT plan & signoff document, user manual, training deck, etc.) and statistic reports for management reporting
• Participate in vendor selection, maintenance and monitor/review of their service quality & performance accordingly to service level agreement
• Contribute to the culture of continuous improvement by adopting Six Sigma methodologies to identify and exploit opportunities for overall services improvement and risk mitigation

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Life insurance operations
• Solid knowledge of Life products and Life New Business and Underwriting operations
• Familiar with the full cycle of project management
• Able to work independently with good organizational and time management skills on multiple assignments in parallel for meeting tight timelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills plus analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Offices, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma is an advantage
