Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are now looking for talented individuals to join the professional team.The Job:Work in the client site with on-site team to communicate and manage client incident / issues.Supervise on-site and offshore team to provide application and maintenance support for client.Responsible for pro-actively monitoring and promptly resolving application production incident within agreed service level.Responsible for managing the BAU support team to deliver service request ticketsResponsible for assisting Incident and Problem Management teams on root cause analysis, incident report and propose short-term / permanent resolution for application issueThe Person:Bachelor’s degree in IT / IS discipline or equivalent.At least 7 years’ experience in IT Application Development and Support3+ years experiences as team lead on managing a small teamTechnical knowledge in Java (J2EE, JPA, Spring Framework, SpringBoot, Struts)Sound knowledge in Microsoft SQL or Oracle PL/SQL) is a plusSolid experiences in Maintenance, Incident Troubleshooting, Root Causes analysis and Problem ResolutionExperience in using CI/CD tools (GitHub, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins) will be an advantageMaintain a positive attitude and have good communication skills for client and team management.Interested parties please send full resume in MS WORD format stating current salary, expected salary and availability to [email redacted, apply via Company website]www.ActonCL.com Unit 506, 5/F, New World Tower 1, 18 Queen's Road Central.
